Original sales receipt is 100% required to process a warranty request as required by manufacturer. For window tinting, if you do not have sales receipt or warranty card, we do offer a highly discounted service option to correct the issue you are experiencing. This service option is not a warranty service but rather a highly discounted good faith effort to try to help handle the individual's issue in the most cost-effective way possible. Please do not stress...we will get through this.
Warranty is NON-TRANSFERABLE. Warranty cannot be transferred from one individual to another.

"I don't have my receipt, but don't you keep my information on file?!?" Yes, service information is stored for a period of 3 years. If you are trying to file a warranty for a service over 3 years old, we DO NOT have your information on file.
"I don't have my receipt...don't you remember me?" We appreciate all of our customers very much, but it is impossible for us to remember one particular service from years past as on average, we service over 2600 customers a year. Over the many years we have been in business we have had numerous individuals come to us for a warranty on a product or service that turned out was not even provided by us. This is the unfortunate reality of the world we live in and thus is the reason, these policies are in place. It is the manufactures responsibility to provide a warranty on their product and it is the customers responsibility to maintain a proof of purchase. We will do everything we can to facilitate the warranty process and get your problem resolved.
"Why do I even need a receipt?" Although this is not a new revolutionary concept...we will elaborate....Customer budgets, needs, and wants are all very different. Many customers want the cheapest option they can possibly get and some request the best regardless of the price and some fall somewhere in the middle. This is why we offer different films with different types of warranty coverage. This way, we have something for all customer budgets. In order to process a warranty, we must have the receipt in order to a.) ensure we provided the service in the first place and b.) determine which product/film warranty the customer actually paid for. The manufacture wants to ensure they are providing warranty on their films and that they are providing proper warranty based on the film that was installed/purchased.
*Some vehicle types have warranty exclusions. If this is the case, it will be marked or notated on your warranty card.
